Very good location but without any signboard telling the shopping complex and food around until the last day I explore the left side of the building only then I find a lot of shopping lots and cafe around the hotel building. Please put more sign and advertisement to show the people/visitors around your hotel buildings.

Room is very spacious and the pillows and bed are very comfortable. Staff responded very quickly when we reported an issue with our room. Glass was very well cleaned, no water stains at all.

Very professional staff, outstanding service, good value for money, good breakfast. Special thanks to Pat and Kim and others from the main restaurant from Philippines they made our stay memorable. Very good english and very kind. The staff from the restaurant knew my name just after first visit. The best service ever had. Also thanks to Felix and Rio from butler team. Really good value 5-star hotel in Taipa (if you don't mind not being on the Strip). Rooms are huge and modern, pool and health club facilities are fantastic, and staff were super helpful. Part of City of Dreams/Studio City group, so there are free shuttle buses to those casinos, and Taipa Village, which has lots of cute old school restaurants, is about 15 mins walk away.
