Brand new hotel with excellent food and helpful staff

The best hotel employees I've come across, every greet & service was with a genuine smile, professional, friendly, and perfect English. Proper breakfast. Great interior and is clean everywhere. Both swimming pools are pleasant. The spa & gym area is neat. The extra safety door lock, so they can't just open the door from the outside when you're in your room. Perfect location; you can shop, rent a car/scooter, many restaurants, a boba tea shop, out for a dance or drinks, all within a 1 km radius. And you are not going to be bothered by this lively and safe area when you're in the hotel (noise). Beautiful view from the rooftop or when your room is on a high floor (ours was on the 10th, which was the highest for the rooms). The extra attention I got on my birthday from all employees made me feel very special. Thank you, Valentina (concierge), Markus & John (front desk), Julian & Viktor (doorman), Anamika (housekeeping lady), and all the bars, restaurant, and spa area employees for making our stay extra special, we appreciate you!

The hotel, despite its location, is absolutely quiet. The hotel staff is great, helpful and kind. The breakfast in the lounge is great. I recommend it for all guests with children.

Best place to stay in Malta. Big, clean rooms. Most comfortable bed. Beach front, great pools. Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff who help with any question. Its family friendly with 2 x double bed rooms, kids club, play ground. Excellent food. Our fav place to stay.

Everything is perfect. All of the staffs are so nice & kind. They are one of the sweetest people on earth! The aroma of the hotel is so good! Also the view of my room is top tie & the location of the hotel is easily to access to the bus stop. There is even one go directly to the airport. Highly recommended!!

Voco Malta is a wonderful, new luxury hotel of the Inter Continental IHG chain. In the IHG mobile app you can see all the hotels of the IHG chain, and VOCO belongs to the luxury class. Location. In the very center of St Julians. During the day and especially in the evening life is in full swing here, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs and discos. Check-in / check-out. At the entrance we were met by a porter who took our luggage to the reception and then to the room. Registration is clear, fast and without problems. Also check-out, everything is great Service. Impeccable. All hotel staff are hospitable, polite and ready to help with any question. The corporate / network style of hotel management and the systematic approach to personnel management are very noticeable, which makes the service at the highest level Hotel rooms. The newest modern ones, equipped with absolutely everything necessary according to the smart home system. There is climate control. The rooms are spacious, the beds are huge and comfortable. There are equipped balconies where you can spend time. The soundproofing of the rooms is good, so you can close the sliding aluminum windows and relax. Pool. On the roof, quite large with plenty of sun loungers. Towels are provided. There is a bar. There is enough space. Breakfast. Included in the price. Buffet, great selection. Additionally, free of charge, you can order several dishes from the menu, which will be ready in 5-10 minutes. Once seated at the table, there is constant service from the waiters, which gives the maximum rating to the meal. Restaurant. Separate incredible emotions. We were just when the restaurant started its work. This is a huge restaurant with a retractable roof, with the highest service and cuisine. Obviously, the chef works and each dish is brought to perfection. During our stay, in the evenings there was a group of musicians performing world music hits, approaching each table.

Very nice room, overlooking the beautiful outdoor pool. Quiet hotel, and breakfast was superb!

We loved this hotel because of it's size, amazing sea views, nice walking oportunities in Pembroke park, very good breakfast, big and comfortable room (got free upgrade from double to family room without asking). Staff was amazing, every single one of them. Ladies Tanja and Tania in The Bridge restaurant definitely made our stay even better. Indoor pool was very warm and we loved it. Sauna is right next to the pool, that was great.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, everything was perfect.
