    Staff are super friendly, really helpful. Butler service is fantastic they book you into all the restaurants and are very responsive and accomodating. Spa treatments are great and the spa is a lovely place to spend the morning. Great premium drinks on offer.

    The resort is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The room, once we changed from 2 doubles to a king was luxurious, comfortable and quiet. It felt secure. We had a nice view of the greenery. The a la carte meals were absolutely 5 star fantastic. Drinks were simple and tasty. We enjoyed the beach volleyball and waterpolo. We never had trouble getting an ideal spot on the beach or pool side. Tulum is much more beautiful than the other parts of this hotel in my opinion.
