Had 3 visits to Oh!Cancun, the Urban Oasis, over a 4 week period (12 days in total). Each time I had a great stay. Excellent communication with hotel in advance on room requests, efficient check ins, friendly staff, especially at the front desk, the snack bar barista (who always had a smile and made my Americano coffee most mornings), and the lifeguard, who I chatted with every day when using the pool. Rooms are excellent, large and recently updated, cool and airy, clean and bright. Only complaint is lack of a small fridge. Pool and area very nice, lots of loungers and cabana beds, with a bar open in the afternoon. Only complaint there was music being too loud most days, and a bit monotonous slanted towards nightclub genre...need some variety and requests were played, but a mix would help. Gym equipment is new and adequate for a decent workout. Really top notch service was had, and I recommended the hotel to others who had similiar experience...shout out to Magdiel and Raquel for their help and service. I also found the guests friendly and since I knew the area, was able to provide lots of recommendations for food and drink in the area, and made many new acquaintances in my time there. Restaurants a short walk away on Nador Street are especially good, and very convenient, without the street hustle of the main drag. ADO bus station, grocery store, bank, money exchange, laundry service and convenience stores all a short walk away.

This was a really cute hotel. It was basic but very comfortable. The owner stayed up late to check us in at 9:00pm and she prepared breakfast early and organised a taxi for us to leave at 9:00am. She was so kind and welcoming. The room was clean, it had a huge comfy bed, effective air-con and good wi-fi. The bathroom was large with towels and toiletries. We only stayed one night before going to the airport but it was a fantastic last night in Mexico.
