Our stay at Villa Lala was one to never forget, both the hotel and the location are so incredibly beautiful and the very friendly staff made sure we had an amazing stay right from the very beginning! The hotel is very romantic and can be recommended to any couple! Their restaurant including wonderful sunset views has very tasty dishes and really great cocktails! We are definitely planning to come back! We also thank the hotel very much for helping us arranging a tour to Los Arcos and all their advice for activities nearby!

The Hacienda Adults Only pools were quiet and lush. We liked the bigger one and swim up bar. There are lots of pool lounger chairs and umbrellas. All the staff gave top-notch service. Food quality was really good at all the a la carte restaurants and buffets. French was our favorite. We loved the lamb chops in red wine reduction. The Asian and Mexican theme nights at the main buffet were done well. There were both inside and outside seating there. The rooftop bar above the Mexican Restaurant was our favorite pub but wasn't open some nights.. There is also a rooftop sushi day bar overlooking the ocean with an infinity pool that had the best view of the bay. The nightly entertainment shows were all excellent. There was an acrobatic show above the pool with a fire show, traditional Mexican dancing, a Michael Jackson show, and an outside carnival style games night. The room was large and well appointed, with a large fan above bed with a wall switch and quiet air conditioning. Big tv, a safe, a stocked mini bar, table and chairs, and a reading lounger chair. Great shower area and tub. Nice balcony with big chairs.. We tipped housekeeping daily and had excellent service.This hotel really aims to please. We were impressed and will probably stay again.

This is an extraordinary resort! The beach is expansive, very well maintained and PRIVATE! There is no public access to this beach. There are several restaurants on site, offering a terrific choice of cuisines. The service is exemplary! ALL resort staff are welcoming, kind and very respectful.

I thought the adult section of the pool beautiful and our rooms were great. The waiters by the pool and in the restauarnats were fantastic. Their front of house were not helpful in anyway - 2 of them didnt' know where the fitness center was.

The Grand Miramar exceeded all our expectations. From Registration to check out. The views from our 8th Floor Balcony were magnificent, the room itself was well equipped, immaculately clean and the maid service was the best we have had in any hotel we have stayed at. In short. The Best.

    The staff at this hotel are EXCELLENT, all of them. The service is what made our stay just brilliant and I felt like we got to know them and they were all super friendly and wanted to help us have a great time. From reception to concierge to Pool, we literally didn't have a single interaction in 10 days that wasn't 5 star.

    Breakfast is very low class for 5 star rating. Only two egg choices, omelette or fried . No healthy version like poached or boiled, bread so cheap and unhealthy, we had to bring our own slices to that, buns same thing , the skin was like eating plastic, obviously the. lowest of quality. If you stay more than 2 days you are faced with the same choice day after. day . This is not 5 stars as claimed.
