The rooms were beautiful and you had everything you could require! The views were spectacular! Waking up to the ocean was an absolute blessing! The bed was so comfortable, the food was outstanding - truly (and I can be fussy) - the gym well appointed, the spa beautiful and most of all the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. As a solo traveller I felt safe and supported at every turn!

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip to Penang before their grand opening, and it was so amazing we kept extending it! We then came at the end of our trip and extended once again, staying a total of 6 nights! The apartments were impeccably comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. Very thoughtful of the guest's experience, also providing complimentary amenities every day and equipped with everything you could ever need, even washing and drying machines, as well as a dish washing machine which was all very handy throughout our long stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices, which we loved. The team at breakfast was lovely, in particular a senior Indian Malay lady trainee from the waitress team who was very warm and hospitable, we're sad we didn't catch her name. The concierge luggage helper Ammar, was fantastic and incredibly friendly! He went out of his way and patiently helped us handle a few requests. The receptionists Kharisma, Adam, Weena and Adriana were outstanding and very kind and assisted us with everything we needed! We also made friends with the exceptional team from the Bar, Kucina restaurant and Lava Java café downstairs. Mac, the nicest waiter who introduced us to the hotel on the first day! Evan, the pro barista always with a genuine smile and passion to serve guests. Ganish, Fandey, Atira and Sharvin too, they all made our stay memorable. Lastly, the housekeepers on our floor and the team from the room service were also exceptional and really made us feel well taken care of. Thank you all and we will certainly see you soon! From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.

A great hotel in an amazing location on Gurney drive. The view from our room was spectacular. The room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the rain shower. Breakfast was fine, not much variety. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were very helpful. Enjoyed the weekend evening with the live band. Definitely this will be our place to come back when ever we are in Penang.

Location wise is very strategic. Only 5-15 min drives to a lot of viral food hunting location. Easy access, not too crowded less traffic jem compare to area komtar . Facilities comfortable. Nice sea view from level 15.
