Very helpful staff. It was hubby’s birthday and hotel has arranged a cake to our room. All staff in lobby wished him ‘happy birthday’. All staff are very friendly and never hesitate to suggest places of interest, when asked. We are very happy with all staff, especially Mr Iqmal who attended to us, during our check-in.

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.

The hotel is conveniently located on Gurney Drive, close to all amenities. There is a small shopping mall next door, offering a variety of restaurants and cafes. A 20-minute walk will take you to two larger malls, with numerous dining options along the way and at the malls. Additionally, there is a lovely promenade and park area opposite the hotel, perfect for an evening stroll. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view, which is very spacious and comfortable. The bed is large and cozy, and all the furnishings are stylish and well-maintained. The bathroom features a huge shower cubicle and double sinks, adding to the overall comfort.

Location wise is very strategic. Only 5-15 min drives to a lot of viral food hunting location. Easy access, not too crowded less traffic jem compare to area komtar . Facilities comfortable. Nice sea view from level 15.

Loved our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable especially considering we had our baby with us. The room was spacious, carpeted floor was clean - great for a crawling baby. Breakfast spread was abundant and delicious, their rice porridge and cheese omelette was a big hit with my 9mo. One breakfast staff in particular stood out - Dayang was her name, she was very pleasant and friendly.
