Excellent service and hospitality. When we came we were greeted by a very attentive staff (Joey) he kept my girls occupied with ice creams, coloring books while waiting for our room to be ready. Most of the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Whole place was breathtaking. Room was spacious complete with all amenities. Food was excellent too! Breakfast spread was great with smooth and fast service.

I recently stayed at Triima Inn Simfoni Langkawi for a short getaway, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic, surrounded by great F&B options and even a tax-free chocolate shop next door, which was a sweet bonus! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy vibe that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The amenities were sufficient, and I appreciated the little touches that made the stay hassle-free. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Ain, Lysa, and Ying from the customer service team were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist without being overbearing. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. This was our first hotel that we visited in Langkawi. This is a really small luxury family hotel. The hotel is built in a beautiful European style with a courtyard. The room is spacious and very cozy. The staff is responsive, friendly and always ready to help. I would especially like to note the breakfasts with a variety of dishes of Malaysian, Indian, European and Asian cuisine. Also for breakfast you are brought a menu, you can choose a dish from it and it will be cooked and brought to you for free. There is a separate station with tea and coffee where they prepare excellent hot drinks such as Teh tarik. The hotel is small but at the same time people are accommodated by the pool and do not interfere with each other. The room has chic robes of the right size, which is important.
