Great location on the riverside. Very helpful staff. The pool area is great, with a nice bar serving good food and drinks at a reasonable price. Very diverse and delicious breakfast, changing every day.

The hotel is still in the renovation phase; it was clearly indicated on the website. At 11 am, we were able to enter the room as compensation for the noise from the construction works. We thought that being on the 10th floor and having a room on the 6th would be tolerable, but the noise turned out to be quite significant. We reported it to the reception and were given an upgrade to the 2nd floor. Blissful room, tastefully renovated, super clean. The breakfast with a view of the Saramak River was perfect; freshly squeezed pineapple, carrot... everything was warm, crispy, with discreet and professional staff, and a large, well-maintained pool, all overlooking the Kuching waterfront. After many rooftop swimming experiences, this spacious pool surrounded by a beautiful garden was a breath of fresh air.

Boasting 5 dining options and an outdoor pool, Pullman Kuching is set atop Hills Shopping Mall and is a 5-minute walk to Kuching Waterfront. Free WiFi is accessible from the guests' rooms.

Best breakfast ever tried, close to the Chinese and Indian markets and to the topspot food court, where you can eat fish based Borneo dishes, the staff was also very helpful
