we got upgraded to about room upon arrival and everything throughout our 3- night stay lived up to our expectations. staff was very friendly and greet you all the time while addressing you with your name. cocktails, beach and the restaurants provided excellent food and the room with balcony was a treat. so was the spa. we saw hornbills in the trees in front of our terrace which was the only time we got to see them up close during our Malaysia trip. looking forward to come back to this piece of paradise in the future.

This resort exceeded all my expectations. I wanted a calming and relaxing retreat, and this place gives me more than that. I love waking up to see the sea and the sound of waves that accompanied me to sleep and waking up is just zen. With breathtaking view daily, i honestly love the peace and quiet that the resort gives. The staffs are very accomodating and super nice and friendly. Every query is assisted and i never felt lost during my stay. Either through phone or text messages - the service is very top notch.
