Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

I recently stayed at Jungle Villa Resort in Kasara, and it was an incredible experience! This is truly one of the best resorts in the area. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and has an amazing river view, which makes it a perfect spot for nature lovers. Its location right next to the national park gives a unique opportunity to spot wildlife like deer, rhinos, alligators, and even peacocks right from the comfort of the resort. One of my favorite moments was enjoying a sundown drink by the river, followed by an entertaining cultural event featuring the traditional Tharu Dance. The jungle safari and village walk were the highlights of my trip, offering an authentic glimpse into the local culture and wildlife. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Jungle Villa Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Kasara.

A Perfect Nature Retreat! I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Jungle Crown! The location is perfect, nestled close to nature yet easily accessible. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Despite our late arrival, the team patiently waited for us at both dinner and breakfast, always cheerful and accommodating. A heartfelt thanks to them for going the extra mile to celebrate my parents’ anniversary—with thoughtful room decor and a surprise cake that made the occasion truly memorable. This was easily one of the most warm and welcoming stays we’ve ever had, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan!
