A relatively new hotel, just 6 months old. Once you step into the hotel you will forget that you are in Nepal as the ambience is very much similar to a 3-4 star European hotel. The welcome reception, the tasty breakfast sprayed, the delicious cuisine- both Nepali as well as intercontinental makes it one of the best hotels in Kathmandu. Just blindly book this hotel , which is a known chain -Barahai - in Nepal and you would not regret. 10 on 10 for the property, service, food, location and everything else. The staff was really helpful and the food in restaurants is just great. Real experience. The hotel also organizes dancing performances every evening in the hotel and this is excellent for those with limited time in Kathmandu. The decoration and clearness of the hotel are both perfect. The hotel room was really quiet and I could sleep and work. Wi-fi is very good and I would love to come again.

I really liked the hotel. I could check in early after a long flight. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, spacious shower, beds are comfortable. They even leave you two bottles of water every day, complimentary. It's a really nice touch. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices - Asian, Western, pastry, cheeses and cold cuts, vegetables, fruits etc etc'. They also have an omelet station, where you can ask for eggs anyway you want. Location is very good, right in the middle of Thamel, touristic and commercial.
