Everything about the property was perfect.. the location.. the rooms.. the view from the balcony.. the bathtub.. the service.. the coffee.. the staff.. all perfect..!! Was nice to meet the owner Mr. Dorje himself..!! Dont miss the Jacuzzi....!! Very close to the cable car.. to go to Sarangkot..!! The lake side is a 30 minute walk only...!! Or 10 min by car.. The airport pickup was so smooth, even though our flight was late..!!

Hotel Barahi is both beautiful and welcoming from the second you meet the staff and walk into the grounds. The hotel itself is well-maintained and gorgeous throughout, from room interiors to the pool and gardens. It feels like a sanctuary from the bustle of Pokhara, and yet is also conveniently located near the lake and Main Street, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast and lunch (and room service) was also a highlight - tasty and always something new. The staff also made this stay for us - they were endlessly kind, patient and warm, and we loved conversing with them and exchanging stories. They were also incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and even organised an airport transfer on immediate notice, which was something we truly appreciated. My friends and I would return to Barahi in a heartbeat.

A very beautiful hotel with a Tuscan feel to it. The breakfast buffet caters for many diets and tastes. The spa treatments are top notch with very well trained staff. I stayed there a couple of times and the comfort of the mattresses varied from cushioned to firm. It's a good place for families, with lots of children playing in the swimming pool. The staff were lovely and friendly (special mention to Hari).

The decor, the bedding, all of the artwork, etc., were beautiful. Staying here makes you feel very special. A lot of hard work went into this resort to make it look magnificent. The staff was impeccable. Everyone was very pleasant with a smile on their face and willing to help.
