Soooo clean. Our room had a Queen Sized bed, a kitchenette & shower ensuite. The kitchenette had a 4 ring hob, microwave, standard size fridge & pots & pans etc everything we needed. There is a laundry room where you can wash & dry your clothes FOR FREE. We stayed for 7 nights & loved it. 5 mins walk to the next bus stop, which is then about 10 mins in to town. The lake is about 20 mins walk. Hamilton Gardens also within walking distance along the river path. We didn’t have a car but there is lots of parking. Superb place 😃

The stay was nice and clean, simple check-in procedure I received a day upon arrival. The house had a nice kitchen where we could cook and our room had a balcony with lake view. I lost something in the room and the owner really helped me get it back. The cleaner gave me a personal call where to collect my lost item, he was really nice and helpful. Thank you!

We've been welcomed as in family and the Mike and Wendy are truly guinine people. The bed was confortable and for breakfast we had everything we Need. Unfortunately we couldnt have a swim in the pool for waether reasons. Hope to come back for that!

The Shower was amazing & the Bed was so comfortable. Watching Sky TV on a comfy couch with the heat pump going on a cold evening is definitely a plus!

Beautiful entrance, staff were exceptional and very welcoming. They were proud of the Hotel with a tour AND a very nice welcome drink! Plenty of parking, very very comfortable beds and well allocated rooms.
