Five-Star Hotels in Salalah

I liked everything . I am a regular guest of five star hotels and I stay most of the times in Anantara hotels . This hotel is by far has the best best customer service and experience from all Anantara hotels I have stayed ! All staff is so well trained , really polite and kind ! They upgraded and gave us a late check out since our flight was very late at night ! The food at the restaurants were great especially the Asian restaurant were for sure you have to taste ! The resort is really luxurious and you feel that you stay not in a five star but in a rather six star hotel . The infinity pool was great and the view from all the hotel to the sea really beautiful . The villa was spacious , luxury and really clean as well as the pool which was really large .

First: The Hotels The hotel is wonderful and one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited, whether it's the main hotel, Al Fanar Hotel, Al Fanar Club Hotel, Rotana Hotel, Juweira Hotel, or any of the Hawana Salalah hotels. The hotel's location, swimming pools, beaches, green spaces, activities, and proper organization of this entire resort, of this size, with such precision and professionalism in management and providing the highest standards of quality. Second: The Staff There is no way to describe the professionalism of the staff and workers in all the hotel's facilities and departments. They are extremely kind, always smiling, and cooperative. They can be considered friends in one place. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Sienna, who is a wonderful, professional, and kind person. Abu Bakr is extremely kind and helpful to the guests. Hamada is a very cooperative employee. Every employee, from the administration, reception, support staff, car service, room service, restaurant staff, chefs, assistants, club staff, and spa staff, is professional, kind, and friendly. Third: The Rooms The rooms are professionally designed, comfortable, and have everything one could need in a hotel stay. They are of high quality in terms of soundproofing, lighting, furnishings, cleanliness, service, and comfort. Fourth: Food The variety of restaurants and the professionalism of the food are wonderful in every hotel, whether it's the Souq Restaurant, Zafran, Rotana Club, waves , or any of the other restaurants. They are very distinguished in terms of cleanliness. The quality of the food and the variety of meals were so varied that we never got bored. Although our reservation was all inclusive with 3 meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the variety of food and restaurants made you feel like you were experiencing the place for the first time. My greetings and respect to all the chefs and assistant chefs without exception. Fifth: Providing assistance.

Great hotel with amazing staff! Particularly, mr. Darshana was such a good help during our stay with all the things that we needed and the questions we had 😊 Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. Samir and Walaa at the front desk were incredibly helpful to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The property is newly opened in Hawana and the vibe is so fresh. Highly recommended.
