Exceptional service, very friendly staff. The hotel staff made our stay with a small baby very pleasant and comfortable providing all essentials such as baby cot, bottle steriliser and baby bath. The room was made up every day. Beautiful and peaceful location.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room! Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!

Exceptional stay! It exceeded all my expectations! Primarily, the level of service is over and beyond what we have experienced anywhere in the world. They will go the extra mile, even anticipating what you need. The facilities are superb and truly lives up to its name - a Shangri-la, a paradise. The restaurant outlets were equally world class and so unique! The manaagers of both the Rima and the Sirena were just so over and beyond what we expect in terms of customer service. Here, you feel very welcome. I don't normally write reviews, much less in these superlative terms but it deserved nothing less. We will definitely be back.

The location is perfect, you only take one step outside and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The scenery, especially near sunset hours is breathtaking. You can relax near the pool on the first floor, drink your cocktail and enjoy the view. Massage by the pool is also a good experience. The staff is polite and accommodating, always with a smile. The room is clean, decorated nicely and has all the necessary amenities. The food served a la carte was tasty and combined with the view at the restaurant is another experience we ll cherish from our trip to Boracay. Thank you all for making this trip an experience we won’t forget.

Accessibility to everything was very convenient as we have small children. Allocated sun beds on the public beach was extremely convenient, to be able to be comfortable on the beach was a massive highlight for us as we were there everyday. The staff are probably the best I’ve come across, they all familiarised themselves to us so quickly and went above and beyond with my children. Ate everyday at the restaurants and food and drink’s were always exceptional. Accessibility, convenience and service - massive highlights. Everything you want when travelling with small children.
