Everything's went smoothly from the airport transfers to accommodation, and vice versa. The staff are hospitable, very welcoming, nice, and kind, especially the one who assisted us during check-inprocess and the two housekeeping ladies Jilyn and Aya who've made our room looked like our first day. The experience was indeed over the top, and we would love to go back again.

Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!

The pool access room was superb. Felt like a private pool. The bath tub was also amazing. The location is center but quiet, the white beach is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Near to the mart as well. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The room is super large. Perfect for couple like us.
