The hotel is located in a peaceful and safe yet close to shops and restaurants. The room was impeccably designed, appointed and maintained. Staff was very kind and helpful and breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared and served. Perfect.

Our experience at this hotel has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The level of service exceeded all expectations, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. When we arrived at the airport, the hotel’s driver was already waiting just outside, which meant no delays or confusion. He was incredibly polite, well-spoken, and made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we met him, a perfect first impression of the hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, thanks to Asad and Husnian at the reception. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Although we arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM — well before the official 2:00 PM check-in time — Humma kindly arranged a room for us right away, so we didn’t have to wait. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference after our journey, and we’re truly grateful for her help. A special thank ti Zaineb and Mehtaab from housekeeping on the 8th floor, who were both exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service . Overall, this has been a flawless experience. The warm hospitality, professionalism, and personal touches made us feel truly cared for. We’ll definitely be back — and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Three nights well spent at one of the finest apartment rentals in the city of Lahore. Central location, stunning city views, comfortable and cozy bedrooms with massive living room space. The private terrace was a delight to have. A dedicated kitchen was a delight to have. Breakfast served from the cafes was delicious. A mega mall in the building was one of the major reasons we picked these apartments. Plenty of options for shopping and entertainment. Definitely recommended to international travelers.

Upon arrival, the manager and staff greeted us with a warm welcome. Both the day and night manager were really professional and they spoke English really well. The staff went beyond to help us with our request. The service was exceptionally good. The room was spacious and the decor was really modern. If we come back, we will definitely come back here.

Location, facilities and especially the staff was really helpful. I would like to mention Naveed, Arooba and the guy at the gym reception. In fact all the guys from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, all were really nice and helpful.
