the staff were nice and helpful. they provide you towels whenever you need it at the pool. the access to snack all day long. even at midnight. the two extra restaurants was really good and the staff at the restaurants were really friendly and helpful!

Looking at aerial pictures of the apartments we were a bit concerned regarding the proximity of the apartments to each other and the view each one would offer. The atmosphere was almost cozy and hearing neighbors was not an annoyance. The view was very good although we cannot judge for all apartments. Both were even topped by the clubhouse with its unique architecture and views.

Cascade wellness and resort is a great place for us to stay and retreat ourself. There is hard for us to find nice hotel staffs from receptionist to house keeping staffs they are very helpful and nice. Beside that, their house bar staffs also provide incredible service by taking initiative to serve u better. Especially for me solo traveller, hard to choose what food to eat alone. But Mario, will give his concern to suggest me food that I can be able to finish alone. Food that he recommended all r so delicious. Because of Mr Mario's initiative, the business in the bar are very busy. Beside that, the reason I like cascade is, it located beside the clifftop, u can enjoy the natural beauty of the sea and there are different species of birds are around the hotel and I like that as well. If u like nature, here is the place for u.

Located at the more modern end of the strip. Our room had lovely big views of the ocean and beach. Big quiet room with large bed and bathroom that had a bath which was good. Seating area inside in the room and on the balcony was very nice. Big variety of food offered at breakfast. Large number of sunbeds around the pool, terrace and beach to choose from. In front of the hotel is a boardwalk that offers a flat easy walk if you don’t like sand. Walk to Portimão takes only 30mins.

    This is a very confused hotel, the rooms are lovely, clean,and a good size they could be classed as five star. The pools are nice but not heated so very Cold this time year. The children’s pool was nice as well as the kids clubs facilities, where we were able to play together with our children rather then leaving them which I have never done.
