The hotel has a lovely relaxed feel but at the same time it feels elegant and timeless. The staff are very attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The location is great, it’s outside the centre but not too far away. There are a lot of lovely restaurants and bars nearby if you want an evening out without fighting your way into Funcal

One of our best hotel experience so far. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel has a gorgeous park and a very calming athmosphere. Breakfast was extreamly good, lot of local food and fruits. We just loved it.

Staying at The Reserve was an absolute dream come true. I was treated with the utmost care feeling like royalty. The room was a haven of comfort, featuring a private swimming pool with ocean views. One of the most memorable experiences was my trip to the airport in the hotel’s Rolls Royce. :) The journey was the perfect way to conclude my stay, leaving me feeling pampered and refreshed in the most luxurious style. The Reserve exceeded all my expectations making it an unforgettable experience.

    Food overall was ok, although for 5 start hotel I expected higher level and more selection of food. Location of hotel, room size and view is very good, this is the only 5 stars in this hotel. Pillows - 1 star, mattress 3 stars. Spa - 4 starts.
