For short - I loved it. One of the best hotels I've stayed so far. - Location excellent! Close by to the river side, all main attractions within walking distance. Most importantly living in the Corpo Santo gives you an impression that you are in the middle of the all events. - Breakfast - we didn't take, there are plenty of amazing places to eat around (even for vegan !!) - Room - spacious, with coffee machine and kettle; bathrobe and slippers available - Living room - that place is magnificent. I loved that we could just chill there being next to the historical site - Staff - super friendly and helpful, they are amazing at making you feel special - Included massage - that was my first and I wish all hotels were providing it. - Snacks and drinks available at all times - Included tour through the city, which is taking place twice a day. We had a pleasure to go for an afternoon walk with Beatriz, and we really enjoyed it.

Perfect location at main square, a few steps to the sea, close to everything, restaurants, cafes, public transport. Very tastefully renovated. Everything very classy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Excellent breakfast. But breakfast in the indoor court a bit crowded and noisy.

    Everything went well. The hotel, accommodation and the staff were superb. I travel a few times a year and usually stay at the best 5 stars hotels. The stay at this one greatly exceeded my expectation. This was our first trip to Lisbon, Portugal and I have to say that my wife and I had a great stay. We do plan to visit Portugal again and do plan to stay at Lapa Palace hotel again.

    Extremely bad it’s not five stars hotel. It’s 3 stars , I do not understand how the government of Portugal are bing to this hotel 5 stars. Personnel are very bad, rye food is awful, no room service, the gym is a shame, the reception smells very very bad and elevator is not working .....
