The staff, especially Olena, went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Although I hadn’t booked my tour in advance, she managed to arrange a car with a very knowledgeable driver for the entire day. Francisco from the restaurant was also incredibly helpful and kind. The massage was amazing,and last but not least,the manager was so welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best time possible. The property is situated 20 minutes from downtown, offering a serene and peaceful environment. While this may pose a challenge for guests without a car, taxis are readily available at all hours.

The hotel has a lovely relaxed feel but at the same time it feels elegant and timeless. The staff are very attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The location is great, it’s outside the centre but not too far away. There are a lot of lovely restaurants and bars nearby if you want an evening out without fighting your way into Funcal
