BulgariaThe Breakfast was fantastic. The location of the hotel is at very center of the city. You can reach anything by walking. Of course visitting some archeologial sites ( Mediana for example ) you have to go by car. There is a city transport alternative however, if you want to use it. There is also an Ice skating ring withing 15 minutes walk, where for very little money you may rent skates and have a fun ride for an hour or so.

The location is right on the main square, so everything is closeby, but it can also be noisy at night. The spa area is nice, although there is no pool available.
