Amazing service! I had a problem with the washing machine, so they sent me a taxi to the CHORS hostel, where they washed and dried all my laundry. And then they paid for the taxi back. all free of charge. They also made it possible for me to check in early without additional costs. They are very welcoming and pleasant. The apartment was great!
