Very friendly, professional and well trained staff. Very quite area with amazing views. They upgraded our room and it was amazing. Very clean, with a lot of amenities We went to have dinner in the restaurant and the terrace is very cozy and the food so yummy and spectacular. We also used the spa and the massage was also very good We will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family

Travelled for our wedding anniversary and loved the privacy of our villa and the set out it was also fantastic having our own pool to enjoy, the staff were awesome and went above and beyond during our stay, we also made the most of all the in villa dining and in villa spa everything went above our expectations. It is a bit out of town only a 10 minute walk which we enjoyed or a 2 minute tuk tuk or taxi. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a special thanks to Melody and Rose who made our stay truly extra special :)

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! I've slept in many 5-star hotels around the world, but the service here is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you're pampered at every location within the hotel. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were stunning, pool lovely, food and cocktails exceptional. The hotel prepared a cake and special towel decoration for my husbands birthday on arrival and then sang and presented another cake on his actual birthday! The tour desk was excellent so anything you wanted to do was at your finger tips.

    The staff were very friendly and welcoming of children. The villa was very big and spacious. The private pool is also very big (but not heated and cold for our kids they did not enjoy it). The breakfast was ok (also not 5 stars).The pool is amazing and very big and the view is breathtaking.

    The breakfast was very good and there was even champagne. The hotel is not the newest, but very well maintained. If something doesn't work, the service staff will be there immediately. In our room everything from the minibar was free. Was replenished every day. The room was even made available to us as an upgrade. Staff very friendly. The pool is big enough and looks well maintained. It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth 5 stars.

    The hotel deserves 5 stars. We love everything during our stay. The room is spacious with nice view up the hill. We enjoy the small cable car lift to get to our room. The private beach is very good. The pool is huge. There are paddle board, kayak to rent. I love the breakfast too. There is a mini zoo operating twice a day. Most lovely is the staffs, they are friendly, helpful. There are shuttle service to Patong few times.

    Came to this hotel by accident. Booked a few hours before check in. The room is in line with expectations. It's certainly not up to 5 stars, but a solid 4 stars can be put. the hotel is the last on the street, silence and a good view of the bay. need transport.
