Wonderful hotel 2 min walk from the beach. We loved everything; the decoration, the intimate ambiance, the beautiful pool with the bar, the rooftop and... I truly recommend taking the half-board package which is A-MAZING! the quality of the food in the restaurant is incredible from breakfast to diner. The staff is very nice and professional. Bravo to the manager, as we had an incredible, relaxing experience in this hotel for 5 nights (and while travelling with 2 kids!). Everything is made to make your stay special. Kids club very good too.

I really appreciated the beach for its privacy. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t ideal, so I didn’t fully enjoy my time on the beach or the other facilities. Additionally, some of the amenities were undergoing maintenance or upgrades.

Our experience staying here is absolutely beyond expectations. At first, we landed in Phuket safe and sound, but it was still 11 am and with loads of luggage. I remember the checkin time written was 3 pm. So I contacted the hotel to ask if we could do early checkin or at least drop off our luggage while we go somewhere else for our trip. However, the staff replied swiftly informing that our room was ready and so that we were welcomed to checkin at our convenience. As a result, we were able to go to the hotel directly and checked into our room as early as around 12 pm. Please note that arrangements like this can only be done according to room availability. During check-in, the nice security called a buggy car to pick us up near the main road to go up to the lobby. While waiting for our turn to check in, we were given welcome drinks (juice & infused water), as well as cold towel. It was very refreshing after the hot day and long trip outdoor. We were then greeted by Ms. Zhar Zhar, who was very nice to us with great communication skill & English language. The room was luxurious, clean, and comfy. Previously, we had contacted the hotel to have a sea view room if possible, and turned out the request was granted! Though we can’t quite see the beach from the hotel location, but we can absolutely see the sea. Our room was B501. During our stay, the staffs were helpful for example, in helping us opened our baggage wrapping and lended us eating utensils & cutleries. By the time we need to checkout, Ms. PP helped us with the checkout and we were able to drop our baggage first at the hotel while we stroll for lunch and shop souvenirs nearby. Ms. Zhar Zhar recommended us some places where we can buy souvenirs, such as 99 mart and 711. When we came back to take our luggage and ready to go to the nearest airport bus stop, the hotel staff, Mr. Max, drove us there, which we never asked!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was like a feast, offering a vast variety of choices to suit every taste. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance to the beach and close to convenient amenities like restaurants, pharmacies, and a 7-Eleven store. What's more, the hotel is extremely kid-friendly, featuring a fantastic pool with a waterpark that my little ones absolutely loved. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a great experience - we certainly had a wonderful time here!

The hotel is on the beach , you don’t have to cross a busy street as you do with other hotels that advertise as beachfront . The beach itself was calm , peaceful and felt almost like a private beach. The main pool faces the beach, as do the restaurants. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, we stayed 5 nights and didn’t eat anywhere else! The staff was incredibly kid friendly and made our nine month old feel right at home. The hotel itself is great for kids with different kids pools, lazy river and kids club.

The hotel is amazing, it was a great stay, close to the market, massage places and restaurants. The hotel offers a drop to the beach - which is not that close, so that was a nice thing too. The swimming pool is wonderful.
