Well located ( very well located ) and good amenities. All staff are friendly and my best was Mr Supchai !!! There is a 7/11 right next door and a short Tuk Tuk ride close to town . You cannot get better in Thailand.

Nice equipped big villa, lots of bathrooms, apart from road, so is not loudly place. You can make it by foot to Kata beach 15-20 min or taxi 250 BTH. If you have moped - 4 min. Very friendly staff ready to assist in any matter

The hotel is excellent, and the location is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s just a 7-minute walk to the beach. Special mention to the staff — everyone is very friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionists May and Soe. Thank you!

    We were given an old pool villa where the pool was yellow, and the rooms old and rusty. At £450 ($550) a night, this is crazy to be charging for such old and worn out rooms. The facilities were not 5 stars. Luckily the amazing front of house staff Daniel and the rest managed to sort us out with a slightly better room. The place is run and alive due to its amazing staff, not the actual rooms and facilities. You can get much better 5 star hotels in Phuket for the same price.
