The service quality is excellent, and the staff are service-minded. My mom fell down from the stair , and the staff immediately ran to my mother's side with a first aid kit and professionally cleaned and bandaged the wound on my mother's leg. In addition, the hotel also provide free transportation around the area. We really appreciate their service !

    Unfortunately nothing great to say I thought was booking a five star hotel but apart from the location lucky to be 3 star Room not Clean not the same as Photo Ended up getting a refund The manager to his credit was understanding. Possibly it is a Good hotel just not What we were poking for and Expecting

    Very old room. Felt dirty. Wallpaper torn. Mold in bathroom. Definitely NOT 5 star. More like 1 or 2 star at a stretch. Will never go back. Breakfast ok.. we were 3 families and all rooms were bad.

    I never recommend this hotel. the pictures do not match what you see in reality, this hotel is not in a 5 star hotel, that hotel should only have 2 stars. very old hotel that needs a renovation. the bathroom stinks, the bed is bad, the balcony is full of animal shit, the comfort and food are very bad, staff unprofessional. don't choose this hotel, you are wasting your money.
