We booked a 2 night stay to celebrate our anniversary/valentines. The tent was so nice and had all the amenities you needed. The staff at this resort was hospitable and ready to ensure you had a pleasant stay. Chai was amazing and made sure he was there anytime we needed anything. He even brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary! The tents are very nice with a super comfy bed along with his and hers sinks. Access to the beach resort with beach beds was provided at no extra charge. The butler service was something we weren’t expecting and definitely the icing on the cake!

A very high-quality hotel. We stayed in a suite with direct pool access, which was so much fun for both us and the kids. The gym is well-equipped and conveniently located. The kids’ club is excellent, run by skilled and attentive staff.

Beds were very comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned every second day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room came with daily buffet breakfast which was delicious with lots of choice. Great location too.

    The Breakfast was awful, below standard for a 5 star hotel. The cleanliness was to a poor standard. We called the hotel one evening 12 times with no answer, in an emergency the hotel would bet of no use.

    Amazing views of the laguna and the ocean. You will enjoy a sunset to remember. The breakfast is very nice, they have delicious home made bread, a lot of options, even a sushi bar. The restaurants are a bit pricy, but this is what you get at a 5 stars hotel. Enjoy your stay, you will not regret choosing Saii Laguna.
