Just wrapped up an incredible birthday getaway at V Villas in Phuket, and wow, I'm already planning my next visit! Here's the scoop on why this place rocked my world: **WORD CLASS SERVICES:** Right from the start, we were assigned a butler named Jay, who was amazing. He was on point with everything – from recommending tourist spots to providing super quick responses and timely services. Jay made our stay smooth and enjoyable! **THE ROOM:** I've stayed in many luxurious villas, but this was something else. We opted for a seaview room, and it was a game-changer. High privacy, soaring ceilings, and a private pool – it's a must-try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! **SMART TOUCHES:** These folks are attentive! They noticed it was for a birthday celebration just by checking our passports during check-in. Talk about being observant! **LOCATION:** The hotel is conveniently close to the old market, just a 20-minute Grab ride away. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring. **BEACH ACCESS:** Fancy a quick trip to the beach? The hotel arranges a buggie to take you directly there. Super nice service, and it's all about the little luxuries! **FOOD:** Let's talk about the food because it deserves a shoutout. It's common for hotels with great facilities to skimp on the food, but not here. Every meal was delicious – a foodie's paradise! **THE BED:** As someone super picky about beds, I can honestly say I had some of the best nights' sleep here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were just so smooth. **TIP:** Definitely go for the seaview room with the private pool. It elevates the whole experience!

Outstanding stay! The staff provided impeccable service, and the rooms were impeccably clean with ample space. The internet speed was perfect for work, and the location near the beach couldn't have been better. Plus, the prices were unbeatable. I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The place is very nice and clean with a beautiful private beach. Food options include halal choices, which was a big plus. The staff are extremely helpful, always smiling, and make you feel welcome. The facilities are also very good and well maintained.     The service is deserving of five stars, which is a positive. Particularly noteworthy is the service provided at the small private beach. "Sun" is the man in control, and his given name perfectly captures his attitude. He always has a bright smile on his face and is really kind to every guest. He routinely checks to make sure the beach is clean and pays close attention.

    The position is quite good, the staffs are quite good, but the clean of the hotel can’t stay at 5 stars at the moment. The towels are shabby and the hotels and restaurants are very hygienic. The main problem is very disgusting smell came out from the pool, and the pool was next to the pillow. After staying for three days, staffs had unable to repair it and can’t change the room. I hope the hotel can solve this problem as soon as possible, otherwise the next guest will also complain. Worst hotel experience I had in Phuket so far.
