I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

Perfect location for tours (we booked before arriving), which meant free transfers. The hotel was close but far enough from Bangla Road and the mayhem. The staff were friendly, helpful and amazing with our family. The food was great, drinks the best compared to local bars and the rooftop pool was glorious.

We booked a 2 night stay to celebrate our anniversary/valentines. The tent was so nice and had all the amenities you needed. The staff at this resort was hospitable and ready to ensure you had a pleasant stay. Chai was amazing and made sure he was there anytime we needed anything. He even brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary! The tents are very nice with a super comfy bed along with his and hers sinks. Access to the beach resort with beach beds was provided at no extra charge. The butler service was something we weren’t expecting and definitely the icing on the cake!

    The elevated location was quite nice, the pools were pleasant. Close to beaches although not quite walking distance, we booked because of a very generous genius discount feeling safe that it would still be reasonable level because of the 5-star rating (it wasn't) and the general lack of co-ordination and effort by staff was woeful. IE three people standing behind the pool bar but had to walk up to get their attention each time service was required.

    In any description this is a five star resort. FABULOUS front office and housekeeping staff. Beautiful big room. Gym. Two pools and funky F&B outlets. Any questions!? Yes when do we book again! We actually thought Guest was the GM at check in. Such was his presentation, warm smile and general respect you could see the rest of the staff had for him. Cut from the hotelier GM’s cloth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    An idyllic small hotel with a beautiful private beach in a wooded setting. Excellent service with friendly staff. V comfortable, the individual Bungalows are spacious and well equipped. The food is excellent and the tasting menu at the signature Thai restaurant was exquisite and of Michelin quality. They also have an Italian chef for those wanting European food. It is reasonably priced for such a luxury experience.

    As soon as you walk through the reception area you are greeted with a warm welcome and a wonderful view of the resort. We were here for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon and it was perfect. So peaceful and relaxing. Amazing food and service. Swim up rooms are stunning. This was our favourite hotel on our 3 week adventure. 5 star review for a real 5 star resort.
