United Kingdom1. Beautiful setting on a clean & quiet beach, amazing koi fish ponds running through the lagoon. Our villa was perfect - the bed was so comfy, everything was modern & luxurious. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The staff were incredible & couldn’t have done more to make our stay more comfortable. In particular, our villa host Mui went above and beyond to make our stay very special & is a credit to the hotel. Sao also added lovely personal touches when cleaning our room.

LatviaAll the staff was just perfect! We felt welcomed any time we moved around the hotel. The golf cart guys met us with a smile every time and were ready to take us to our vila. The hotel is on a rather steep hill and it was helpful to have transport from and to our place on the top of the hill.
Breakfast quite good. Restaurant had a good selection of food. The waiters served us perfectly. Special thanks to Mr.Golf.
We stayed in two story vila. Spacious room with a great view and very comfortable bed on the first, huge bathroom down the stairs. Nice pool area with pool bar.

EstoniaPrivate villa with our own pool that was cooling also when the infinity pool and sea were too hot. Beautiful and well-kept garden. This area sometimes has too low seawater level due to tide but in front of our hotel it was always possible to go into water. Very nice staff! As we stayed 2 weeks we got to see fireworks 3times.

It was a great villa, very luxurious with an awesome pool. You can hardly see or hear other accommodations. Great setup of the whole park in the jungle. Superb and friendly staff. Great cars to bring you everywhere on the hilly location. Amazing breakfast, good restaurants. Beach at hotel is not that nice, but it’s great after a 5min walk. 10min walk away very nice street. The place was falling apart, with ants everywhere (crawling all over my eyemask 🤮) and the beach was off-limits due to an oil spill. We couldn't even enjoy the basics. To top it off, when we decided to leave early, they wouldn't refund us. Definitely not a 5-star experience by any stretch.
