I liked everything, Stratton with the first class hospitality of Mr. Sami to the services by the whole team. I recommend the spa.. the hotel is located within walking distance from the town of şimdi bu Said …basically from the time you walk in it feels like home.. the GM Mr. Murad was a great person who made sure every guest is treated with special care.. great thanks to the brother Sami ).

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff! The quality is very high. The hotel is very well located, close to the shopping center of Tunis" Mall of Tunis", restaurants and cafés. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast is very tasteful!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need — including special dietary requirements — and even prepared a beautiful surprise in the room for a special occasion, which truly touched us. The pool area was fantastic, and breakfast offered an impressive variety (though the fruit selection could be improved slightly). The dinner restaurants were also excellent — every meal was a highlight. We left feeling thoroughly impressed and grateful. Highly recommended!

There were no spa but had massage which was good There was drilling which was a bit noisy as work was going on One of the sun umbrella was broken do had to find another working one and my mother was not impressed Overall the facilities at the pool was good

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stay. The room had a sea and city view — it was beautiful and spacious. The staff is kind — I would especially like to thank the porter. The value for money is excellent.
