Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

I was surprised by how good the staff was, very welcoming and friendly, they did their best to attend to our requests and gelped us quickly resolve few small issues with the room.

We encountered a slight delay at the check-in, but the front office manager and the client relationship officer promptly greeted us and ensured that the process was completed in a timely manner. Additionally, we received a complimentary room upgrade at the original booking rate, despite the hotel being busy at this time of the year. It's was not my first time and it will not be my last. You just get the best value on the market. Really the people are wonderful (staff), food is great, I love the dinning place where you eat and watch the palms...also it really is all inclusive. You cant ever get hungry, thirsty. The heart of the resort is the animation team. Lots of energy, honest smiles and just really the best people. Its a great place and I sure would visit again.

I loved absolutely everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool is stunning and so close to the wonderful beach. The food is delicious and you have so many choices that you're not know what to eat first. And the best part is the friendliness of the people who are working there.
