Everything was amazing from the staff to the pool, the food ,the facilities. The bar staff and waiters were incredible couldn't do enough and Aziz and Ali the life guards by the pool were very special. They took care of us and had beds for us daily. Even the cleaning ladies were awesome. Everyone had a smile although they work so hard.. The place was spotless and the food amazing and varied . Will definitely come back again

The Staff were so nice, respectful and helpful in particular Madam Rafee’a and Mr Basem at the reception and the two ladies making the pancake and omelet.

Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

We stayed for four nights in the hotel and loved every single second of it. The hotel is located in a touristic zone just on the beach. You can have a nice time there, there are plenty sunbeds available. There are a few swimming pools, bars and restaurants, everybody will find something nice. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need to feel taken care of and relaxed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts served in the main restaurant are delicious, with a variety if choice. It was a nice stay during my business trip, but it's convenient also for a family trip. If I have a chance to come back I will choose this hotel once again.
