I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Radisson hotel. The hospitality and reception service were very good. Lady on the reception desk- Rym was amazing and supportive of everything , and I truly appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a standard room to a premium room at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture made my stay even more enjoyable.
