The location is excellent. The front desk members, their welcome, their kindness and smiling faces, helpfulness was 10+/10. The room was spacious, quite and with a great view. The twin beds very large and comfortable. Room service was great. House cleaning lady was great also. All staff made our stay very enjoyable. The courtesy treats at the room and lobby bar were a pleasant touch. Thank you.

Every time I visit Adana, (considering it’s my hometown) I stay at the Sheraton. They never disappoint. A special thank you to Ugur at reception for his professionalism and kindness. The housekeeping team were also fantastic as always.

    Nothing, says it was a 5 star hotel however didn’t even deserve to be called a 1 star hotel. It stank, could her literally everything in the corridors. Terrible service.

    I usually like this hotel so much for the good location, cleanliness and nice breakfast. This time the breakfast was not so nice as before. The room was so warm and we couldn’t sleep. The next day the staff changed our room but still the AC does not work properly so we had to open the windows. I expect a 5 star hotel to have a proper AC.
