Excellent staff, extremely friendly

The hosts are on-site at all hours and very very helpful with anything you need and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They even picked us up (for free) when our flight and connection was very late on arrival! The breakfast is prepared daily and exceptional. The host provides a very competitive currency exchange service. What a great stay!

My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. This was my first time staying at D+Seya Beach Hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the entire team stood out. Special thanks to Mr. Murat, the Front Desk Manager, whose attentiveness and genuine care went above and beyond. As the first guest of the season, I was welcomed with flowers and a signature cocktail — a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of the stay. The hotel’s culinary experience was outstanding — the chef prepared delicious meals with fresh ingredients, which I highly recommend. Reception staff and the customer relations team were incredibly helpful, especially in guiding me with car rental options and local places to visit. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking sea views. Room service was efficient and consistently excellent. I’d also like to express my gratitude to the General Manager for the warm welcome and for maintaining such high standards throughout the property. As part of a business-related visit, this has been one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. What truly stood out was the hotel’s generosity — they fully supported our fundraising campaign for a Turkish client in need, showing compassion and community spirit not often found in hospitality. Fantastic renovated hotel. Great design. Restaurant was very good. Great and very nice staff. Great bartender. We enjoyed very much our stay.

Location is 10/10. You can walk to the city centre or to the marina easily. Thermal water and the spa service was great. We had massage which was very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner served as open buffet and there were wide variety. Thanks to all the staff

We had a perfect romantic holiday with my girlfriend in this place. It's not overcrowded, quite cosy. The food is delicious. Our general impression is magnificent! The hotel is very convenient! The personnel is gentle and helpful, they speak English fairly well.
