The service was outstanding—everything from laundry to booking a hot air balloon ride was taken care of. The cave room was immaculate, uniquely designed, and made the experience even more special. Waking up to the stunning views and hot air balloons was magical. Highly recommend for an exceptional stay in Göreme!

Our experience at Alden Hotel Cappadocia was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — blending modern luxury with authentic charm — and offers breathtaking views over Cappadocia’s valleys and mountains. Every morning and evening felt like a dream with those panoramic scenes. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Merve from Guest Relations, who truly made this trip unforgettable. With only two weeks' notice, she helped me plan the perfect proposal — taking care of every detail with such care and professionalism. From organising a relaxing spa treatment, arranging a stunning vintage car tour that ended with a beautifully designed sunset proposal at Love Valley, followed by a private dinner on our room terrace, and a romantic room setup — everything was flawless. Merve's dedication and creativity turned a vision into reality. Thank you Merve! This was an amazing experience that we will cherish forever, and we would love to return again insha’Allah. Thank you to everyone at Alden Hotel for making our stay so special!

The hotel is arranged with soul, comfort, there is everything for a varied family vacation and cultural enrichment, you can just contemplate the beauty. Ramil "Uncle Cook", the chef of the restaurant Zeferan. Very warm and hospitable welcome, very caring, the tour of the hotel was like a whole new adventure -- he told and showed everything with enthusiasm, spiced with beautiful stories and legends. Together we visited a cave, a yurt, a clay workshop, saw a zoo. We went to the cellar -- that was not just a usual cellar, but an art exhibition with aromatic elements in the form of herbs. The coffee museum was amazing, the exhibition of antique dishes and furniture was pretty impressive. Ramil even took us early in the morning to collect chicken eggs straight from the nest, and then our child cooked the eggs himself together with the chef! Art master Mustafa held a fascinating master class in the clay workshop. The workshop itself is a separate museum and art place with an interesting person. Our kid made a vase with great delight and decorated it as well. Now we have our own homemade souvenir! Atabey provided a ride on a black pony. They equipped both the pony and the little rider. The ride was safe and joyful. The trail for the trip turned out to be no less beautiful -- that was the original Cappadocia with its mushroom mountains, caves, and even a historically ancient church with colorful frescoes. Such a pony ride will be remembered for a lifetime! Thanks also to the hot air balloon company which was recommended by the hotel. 21 years of experience is priceless. The balloon ride was organized in the best possible way and with a high level of safety: takeoff and landing were very comfortable. Special thanks to the manager Erkhan. From the first minute, he made sure that we could get the most out of our vacation. And it was him who took care of us in advance and prepared warm tunics for the hot air balloon flight :)

We chose this hotel as we wanted to have the experience of staying in an actual cave, but with all the facilities. It was the best choice. We had a late arrival, with a rental car which we left on a narrow street behind the hotel. The men welcoming us took care to move the car, gave us the keys and did the checkin extremely fast, while we were in the room. When traveling with a kid you do appreciate this a lot. The hotel has multiple rooms on different levels and they have an elevator which makes things much easier. I choose an Executive Suit, which comes with a large hammam bathroom. It proved to be exceptionally useful as we decided to have a hammam experience with their professional masseur, Ahmed. I can only say that he has magic hands, very nice and my 10 years old son loved the experience as much as we did. The breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant with a splendid panorama of the town. They prepare eggs at your request, they have hot dishes and provide very tasty local salads, cheeses and products. Also, the Turkish coffee is a must. All the staff were more than helpful and friendly. It is worth every penny! They really made our stay exceptional.

The Seraphim Cave Suites is an exquisite hotel and we very much enjoyed our time here. We had a queen suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious as were the dinners we had at the property. I also indulged in a massage which was very relaxing. The spa area is outstanding. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zeppelin Cappadocia. The hotel is located just a short walk from Uçhisar Castle, in one of the most peaceful and charming parts of Cappadocia. The atmosphere was serene, and the architecture of the stone rooms really captured the essence of the region. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely details. Eren, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything for us, from airport shuttles to booking our balloon ride and local tours. The communication was excellent, and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting, and the rooftop terrace gave us a great view in the morning. We also loved the garden area, especially the puppy and the turtle! It made the place feel homely and unique. Highly recommended if you're looking for a warm and authentic experience in Cappadocia.
