    Enjoyed every moment we stayed at this hotel. The best thing about the hotel was definitely the staff. They were so professional yet so friendly, made you feel so welcomed. The night staff, the chef’s, literally all the staff was always so happy and made sure you were having the best experience. Thank you to Yaroslav who got in touch with us before our stay to give us more information before we got there, and checked up on us every day to make sure everything was ok. Everything was 10/10

    The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and professionalism, contributing to an overall outstanding experience. Right from the moment we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a breathtaking sea view. The hotel manager was exceptionally accommodating and made sure to check in on us regularly to ensure that we were having a wonderful time and just making sure we were overall enjoying our holiday.

    Our stay was great and almost everything was great. The restaurants and food in it were amaizing. The staff at the bars was outstanding as well. Pool areas very nice and well maintained. Special thanks to our personal assistant Jaroslav, who was there for us for the whole stay, always helping with everything!

    Hotel reception was good. The resort is luxurious and elegant. Services are good. 3 outdoor pools and a children's pool, as well as an indoor pool. Waterslides are very nice. There are also games (swing and slide) for children
