Very new (only 3 months old!) so everything was in good shape. Free coffee and tea, and a small basket of snacks/instant noodles you’re welcome to take from. The owner is kind and even brought us breakfast an hour before we were set to leave, etc.

Villa 32 is a very special place. Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. A special thanks to Susan and the team at reception who took the time to help me find some edible souvenirs in Beitou on my final day.

the room had a hot tub which filled from the hot springs. It was located just opposite the MRT station with easy access to shops and food. It was also within easy reach of some tourist attractions. The staff don’t speak lot of English (no expectation that they should given we were visiting Taiwan) but really make an effort to make you feel welcome and to help you as you go along. We had a mix up over our departure date - nothing to do with this hotel - and they quickly came to our rescue and sorted it out so the holiday wasn’t spoilt.

The Gaia Hotel features accommodation with classic design and free Wi-Fi. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel which is PIACERE restaurant, Qiyan Chinese Restaurant, and Moon Shabu Shabu.

We managed to get the room at a discount due to last minute booking. Room was clean and grand and in-room onsen bath was perfect. Welcome treats were nice and fancy. Only there for one night, hotpot restaurant and onsen available and location of hotel at top of stairs meant we didn’t end up leaving the hotel until checkout.

This is my 2nd time staying. The breakfast is good .MRT is easy and convenient to go to a sports university and airport as well. The basement floor got a food restaurant and shopping mall. It is a good place to stay.
