AMAAAAAZING location and an even more AMAAAAAAZING view. Friendly and very helpful staff. The resort is the perfect size for a relaxing and quiet holiday, not too big so the walks between the accomodations and facilities are short. We stayed in the spacious seafront appartment which offered peace (despite being directly next to the swimming pool), romantic atmosphere and a breathtaking view.

Probably the best hotel in Zanzibar, The big benefit is the ability to swim independently of the low/high tide, which is differ from other hotels on the west coast. Great breakfast, excellent beach bar with various programs. good number of sunbeds on the beach and near the pool. we will come back. Thanks for the great tour via Hotel Spice Garden!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are huge and it feels like home. Beautifully located on the beach and what makes this hotel so special is the presence of the manager and the amazing staff! We have rarely felt as comfortable as we do here and we have never experienced such an attentive and present manager and we have stayed in many luxury hotels. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and eager. Our flight was postponed to very late, the Manager Tuan Thasleem Juhara knew that we had to do our checkout the next day and offered us a free late checkout including dinner! We were able to stay in our room until late, enjoy our last day to the fullest at the beach, watch the last sunset, have a shower in our room and enjoyed our last dinner with no rush and then checed out. Simply fantastic and so generous! From the staff at the reception, in the restaurant, bars, gardeners, room cleaners to the manager they are all great and go the extramile! Thank you all for doing such a great job and making us fall in love with you! You really miss these people when you leave this place! Hakuna Matata!

Everything! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The decoration, the pool area, the restaurant, everything is thoughtfully and tastefully designed. It was also spotless throughout our stay. And last but not least, everyone we interacted with (from reception to restaurant staff, security, and cleaning) was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and kind. It made our stay feel special!

We re-located to this hotel from another in the area as we were looking for a more private / luxurious experience for our honeymoon. Given the recent age of the hotel and lack of review online we were admittedly a bit hesitant but were immediately put at ease upon arrival, where we were warmly greeted, had our feet washed / massaged and were introduced to our personal butler ! The service is simply unparalleled, the level of care and attention to detail is unlike anything we had previously experienced. The limited number of rooms certainly helps with this as often times it felt like there was more staff than guests. The room was immaculate, modern and spacious (we booked the deluxe room). There is also a WiFi extender inside the room providing the fastest internet we encountered on the trip. The food was top notch, with plenty of variety each day from an a la carte menu. There is also a tepynaki restaurant available for an additional fee.

I had a wonderful time at Marijani from my first day to the last. The staff is really friendly, always smiling, very attentive to my needs and with a big heart. Some of them even became my friends. Their service is high class. The food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. There was also music every dinner. The swimming pool is great with a view on the beach that you can access in 30 seconds. They also offered me a late checkout so that I could fully enjoy my last day. They also climb up a palm tree to pick up coconuts for me. Thank you to Aditya, the chef, Levina, Lucy, Ahmed, Abdul, Evelyne, and all the others for these holidays. I will never forget them! Nicolas
