    5 star Hotel. Paul from Venezuela the dinner waiter was superb, we had a small issue at the table, that Paul instantly resolved and made us laugh. Thanks Paul.

    Brand new luxury hotel, very clean. The stuff is kind and friendly, the owner welcomed us. The breakfast is 5 star level. We are traveling from Miami to Universal park. The hotel is about 30 min from Universal, but we will definitely come back

    Definitely full 5 stars. Beautiful design, extremely clean and amazing staff. Mariela was amazing to engage with and very accommodating. Rooms are modern and well laid out. Beds are very comfortable. Great gym. The restaurant was a special experience when we had dinner. The photos and website don't do justice. 'Social room' was a bonus with the big screen projector as well.
