The Cruise was just beyond expectation & was amazingly surprised for the comfort Lux of the Cruise. the Manager on site named Jade was great! and the ambiance while being of the cruise was memorable. Food choice, comfort of the room itself with balcony everything was great! no words to say how memorable time we had on the cruise. I would highly recommend anyone reading in to choose this Cruise as for me its the best!

I liked the vietnamese style breakfast they provided. The location of the cruise is stunning; it would be hard to find another location with similar scenery. The staff also provided plenty of activities for everyone to do.

Lovely, luxurious cruise through the incredible Lan Ha Bay. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Great food and lots of it. Beautiful rooms with nice balcony. Good itinerary. Taking a bath during sunset while the scenery of the beautiful bay passes by was truly an outstanding experience.

I am one of nature _ lovers so I tried to find one boat with different route , getting away from the crowd of boats. I am so satisfied with Sapphire cruise. The Captain chose unique route, in a zigzag way , passing by hundreds of islands and islets . We did kayaking in a very tranquil place , swimming in the middle of the bay , take a backflip and sommersault . That was a great fun and unforgetable.

Unbelievable cruise, with lots of facilities. The check in / check out process was wonderfully smooth and seamless, with a nice waiting lounge and organized process. The rooms are spacious, very confortable, well designed, and you are left without option but to relax. In fact, the whole cruise just pulls you to relax. This was really a vacation within a vacation. We enjoyed the cool pool with it's joint bar, for a moment to unwind. Didn't go on all the activities, but what we did was good. Aside from all of this and perhaps the most important and valuable aspects of this trip, are the people, the staff. Always available to help you with anything, always in good spirit. None of this would be possible without the main, key person, Lucy, who was essential for the whole reservation process, very attentive and available for any question or issue we had and in fact ensuring we were going to have a great experience. I need to shout out to her, very specifically!
