Amazing helpful and kind staff. They were able to recommend a place for a late bite and give good directions. The bed had lovely silky sheets. The breakfast was great and the staff made a specific dish for me when requested. Great decaff coffee (not available in many places). Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We were really touched by our send off when three of reception came outside and crossed the road to wave us off.

It was so perfect there are no words. Every moment of my stay was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and friendly. Although I was in a difficult situation on the first day of my stay, I was touched by the many staff who helped me and were genuinely considerate. I felt like I was in a fantasy during my stay, but I still can't come back to reality... 🤣 It seems like I should go swimming and enjoy a bar right now on the rooftop 🥲

Fabulous hotel, and the best stay we have had in Vietnam out of 7 hotels.We had a HUGE appartment for a family of 4 ( we were upgraded) with 3 rooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen and washroom- were we could do our own laundry. The facilities were great, a big pool, sauna and pool table, ping pong and football table. The kids loved it! It was good value for money and in a good location, near many sights, and there is a daily free shuttle bus ( with wifi) on the hour to take you to different locations. They also took care of our suitcases after we checked out, and as we had to wait the whole day before taking our flight, they also let us use the pool and facilities after checkout. The staff were also very friendly.

The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic.They were friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Special mention to Kati for making my wife's birthday special. Overall, the staff's excellent service made our stay truly memorable.

    Everything about this hotel was sublime. The price for this luxe 5 star hotel was very reasonable. The hotel is clean and polished. The staff are super friendly with exceptional service. The room was clean and comfortable. The roof top pool is huge and very luxurious being a great place to unwind after a busy day. The buffet breakfast was very extensive catering to everyone. Overall a beautiful hotel and would highly recommend.

    My mind was completely blown when arriving to see the stunning lobby and the super clean rooms! This place rivals ANY Super luxurious 5 star chain hotel.and I would definitely return and am already recommending it! Superb value for the money!

    Service is the best. I want to prize quality of staff-There are plenty 5 stars hotels around but that one providing really luxury boutique style experience. Its very comfy - everything is done with love and care. Breakfast is good, again friendly and very detailed staff, food on good level - eating area creates very cozy high floor restaurant feel. Pool is good for relaxing swim, nice coffee bar downstairs. We want to stay there again for sure

    Guests are given a breakfast coupon for the next door Starbucks worth 150K/person. While this was sufficient, it is definitely not the amazing breakfast buffet that most 4-5 stars hotels in Vietnam offer. Since this is a luxury serviced apartment, not a hotel, if having a great breakfast is a must for you then I would select another accommodation.
