Rooms very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. We had a view of the river with a terrace which was excellent for seeing sunset. The location is great, and you are an easy walk to the Old Quarter. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is also excellent with good selection. The level of service provided was outstanding. During the stay, I fell ill and had to extend an extra night and change a flight and the support provided by staff at the hotel was superb. They helped us to change our travel plans while also going out of their way to ensure we were cared for and feeling better. Cannot recommend enough.

The exceptional staff were extremely professional and welcoming. Sincere thanks for making our honeymoon trip so special. Fantastic location in the heart of the historical town with easy walking access to everything. Room was perfectly clean, well decorated with sublime architecture, included all amenities, lovely shower! Air-conditioner works perfectly too. Delicious buffet breakfast. SPA treatments are fabulous and Skyline swimming pool was amazing!!

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
