Everything was perfect. The pool, staff and facilities were amazing and cannot recommend more. Make sure you book advance for the airport shuttle as we gave them little notice for airport transfer. The staff were very apologetic and gifted us with a fruit platter to make up for it.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world and caters for absolutely everyone. Everywhere is extremely tidy and well kept. Regular shuttle buses whenever you need them. Lots of activities on site for all ages. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
