LuxembourgWe enjoyed our stay here. The whole hotel crew is lovely and attentive. Unfortunately we had cold water in the shower but the manager personally took care of it and within 30 minutes the problem was solved. We were also offered another room as an alternative. The manager is very concerned about his guests. Very nice to see something like this and to feel valued as customer!

Today Hitgeheim is larger but just as special. Beautiful rooms with private balconies where you can see for miles in the valley below. The mini bar is stocked to perfection and there are snacks so you can linger in your room as long as you like. The pool has an amazing view also, as does the restaurant. Dinner was absolutely superb.
