Incredible service from the time we arrived until we had left. We were lucky enough to spot the big 5 in just two game drives and witnessed a lion hunt. The open safari experience was exhilarating in comparison to other 5 star lodges visited previously. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The luxury tent was superb in every aspect, exactly as advertised. Food was delicious and my husband is vegetarian so his meals were also well catered for and divine. We also tried the River Lodge Spa, this was one of the finest spas I have been too.

All meals were excellent, the game drives were superb and the personal attention by staff allocated to us was super. However the first haldf we had to share the game drives with another couple - it was far better when we could go on our own later in the stay

You stay as a couple or family in a luxury villa on a terrain that’s exclusively for yourself. It’s a big place but everything is private so completely for your family. The pool was amazing, also the room itself is full of beautiful decoration. We told the host that the place is completely designed to our taste. It’s amazing to stay in this luxurious place, and all this for a good price! Also the breakfast was amazing, I included a part of it in a picture! Last but not least, the host is amazing! She is so good in hospitality and is just very interested in her guests and extremely friendly. What a woman! We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would like to revisit it ourselves!

It was wonderful! Such a nice place. They really did a great job. We had a great movie night with popcorn and chocolate. Once in a lifetime truly amazing experience! Every single detail was truly perfect, the highlights were of course the amazing safari, the exceptional staff and superbly delicious food. It was really a 5 star experience with every aspect of the trip fully included and at the highest level. Ryan our game driver was the best - he went out of his way at every moment to make sure we had the most enjoyable experience and it wouldn't have been the same without him. He had great finds of animals and was a wealth of information - we saw the big 5 in our first day! He is funny with a great personality that made the experience even better than I could imagine. Chef Alex - The food was exceptional, we couldn't miss a meal and always looked forward to what he created. The best food I have ever had at an hotel or all-inclusive experience. He was able to customize any meals for my partner who is vegetarian with ease. Songs (our butler) - Really took care of us and made each dinning experience even better, with his kindness and great personality. His wine recommendations were always spot on. Also to mention the heated pool was a major bonus - with so much time spent going on game drives I am sad to say we only got to use it once. The price did seem expensive when booking - but when you consider how many game drives we got to do, the exceptional meals we had and the amazing service it was really worth every penny.
