Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Stylish, large bathroom with both bath and shower with double sinks. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Fantastic GF selection at breakfast too!

Park Piolets MountainHotel & Spa is situated in the Pyrenees, 300 metres from the ski slopes of Grandvalira-Soldeu and 600 metres from Vall d'Incles. Guests have free access to the gym, to the kids' club, and to a storage room for bicycles with tools and cleaning area. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The hotel was amazing… the staff were so helpful. The facilities were lovely, amazing spa and massages. The ski hire shop and lockers being located in the basement made the whole process easier… and a mini bus took us to the gondola…

The Vallnord ski runs are 15 minutes away by car and the hotel offers ski storage. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Everything was perfect. Tidy and clean, family room were bloody fantastic, close to the center(walking distance), and very family friendly.
